Playing with a blown up balloon is a great way to have fun and be active.
Balloon Baseball
Use a paper towel tube as a bat. Tap the ball with the tube. Once you hit the balloon, do four jumping jacks then give the next person a turn.
Balloon volleyball
Place a piece of string or a jump rope on the floor. You stand on one side, your child on the other. Tap the balloon back and forth across the string, trying not to let it touch the ground.
Keep the balloon up in the air
One person uses a balloon and keeps tapping it up into the air, trying not to let it touch the ground.
So dig through your junk drawer for a balloon and have an afternoon of fun.
