Do you have crepe paper streamers left over from a birthday party? Make a crepe paper baton out of a paper towel tube and streamers.
Here's how.
1. Color the paper towel tube with markers and crayons.
2. Cut pieces of streamers into different lengths.
3. Tape one end of each streamer onto one end of the paper towel tube.
4. March around waving your new batons!
